Being a coach you may also need coaching yourself. For example because you are in the certification program of CTI (where 6 hours of being coached is required), or because you attent the CTI leadership course and you want to get the most out of it. Or you might get stuck in your career as a coach and want some support with your coaching practice.

WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Coaching is still a relatively new and often misunderstood field. Both on the client side and on the coaches side, there is still a lot of ambiguity and difference of opinion about our field of work. I find it important to contribute to the development of our profession. I regularly organize workshops and training courses for coaches in order to increase their knowledge and skills.
